Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive. We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

The official age limit set by the Kilimanjaro National Park Authority for climibing Uhuru Peak is 10 years old, we usually recommend a minimum age of 13 years. If anyone in your group is under 16 years of age please inform us in advance so arrangements can be made.

For TANZANIA MAINLAND, the Cancellation Policy is the following:
100 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 121 or more days in advance.
70 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 120 to 91 days in advance.
50 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 61 to 90 days in advance.
20 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 31 to 60 days in advance.
No money will be refunded from the total money the client paid, if they decide to cancel 0 to 30 days in advance or for a No show.
For ZANZIBAR, the Cancellation Policy is the following:
100 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 31 or more days in advance.
60 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 15 to 30 days in advance.
30 % refunded if the client decides to cancel 8 to 14 days in advance.
No money will be refunded from the total money the client paid, if they decide to cancel 0 to 7 days in advance or for a No show.

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

We do hike in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
